Self-portrait gift cards can be redeemed online at self-portrait.com or at any of our London stores. To redeem online, simply enter your code at checkout — the full available balance will be applied to your order automatically. If your order total is less than your gift card balance, the remaining value will be saved for future use

The minimum value of a self-portrait e-gift card is £50 and the maximum value is £1,000, in increments of £10. It is not possible to add additional value to a self-portrait e-gift card after purchase.

Refunds for purchases made with a self-portrait e-gift card will be returned to a gift card in line with our standard refund policy. If multiple payment methods were used, the amount paid with the gift card will be refunded first, with any remaining balance returned by cash or credit/debit card.
